1. Definitions

Company refers to Renest, hereinafter referred to as Renest, We, Us, or Our.

Service refers to the website renest.md and the accommodation services provided through it.

Accommodation Unit means the apartments and accommodation spaces owned and directly operated by Renest.

User / Guest means any individual or legal entity that accesses the website or uses the accommodation services provided by Renest.

Device means any equipment that allows access to the Service, including a computer, mobile phone, or tablet.

2. Nature of the Service

Renest is the owner and direct operator of all accommodation units displayed on the website.

Through the Service, Renest provides short-term accommodation services intended for temporary stays.

Renest does not act as an intermediary and does not list third-party properties.

3. Acceptance of Terms

Access to and use of the Service are conditioned upon full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

By using the website or making a reservation, you confirm that you:

If you do not agree with any provision, please do not use the Service.

The Service may only be used by persons who are at least 18 years old.

4. Reservations and Payments

Reservations are made online, subject to accommodation availability.

Payment may be required in full or in part, as specified at the time of booking.

nest reserves the right to refuse or cancel a reservation in cases of:

• incorrect or incomplete information provided by the Guest

• violation of these Terms

• suspected fraud

5. Check-in and Check-out

Standard check-in and check-out times are communicated in the description of each accommodation unit.

Early check-in or late check-out may be granted subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

6. Guest Obligations

Guests agree to:

• use the accommodation unit exclusively for temporary residential purposes

• comply with the house rules provided

• maintain the property and furnishings in proper condition

• refrain from organizing parties or events without prior written consent from Renest

Renest reserves the right to claim compensation for any damages caused by the Guest.

7. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation conditions are clearly displayed at the time of booking and may vary depending on the selected rate.

By completing a reservation, the Guest agrees to the applicable cancellation policy.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Renest shall not be liable for:

• indirect or consequential losses

• loss of personal belongings

• interruptions caused by external factors

Renest’s total liability shall be limited to the amount actually paid by the Guest for the relevant reservation.

9. Service Provided AS IS and AS AVAILABLE

The Service is provided AS IS and AS AVAILABLE, without any express or implied warranties, to the extent permitted by law.

Renest does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the website.

10. Termination of Access

Renest may suspend or terminate a User’s access, without prior notice, in the event of a breach of these Terms or inappropriate behavior.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Moldova.

Any disputes shall first be resolved amicably, and if this is not possible, by the competent courts of the Republic of Moldova.

12. Changes to the Terms

Renest reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time.

The updated version will be published on the website and shall take effect upon publication.

Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
